Job summary

CITY Furniture, Inc. is seeking a Visual Merchandising and Travel Install Coordinator to manage showroom displays and lead installation projects across Florida.

You will maintain on-brand visuals, coordinate on-site delivery, assembly, and setup at client properties, and ensure timely, high-quality finishes. The role requires creativity, strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or with a field team.

Responsibilities

• Showroom merchandising, home accents, and maintaining standards
• Coordinate installation projects across Florida with vendors
• Track inventory, orders, deliveries, and floor transitions per planograms
• On-site setup: place items, make beds, hang artwork, patch as needed
• Monitor progress and report daily to Operations and sales teams
• Resolve on-site installation issues and ensure client-ready handoff
