Job summary

The Imagine Group is seeking a Project Manager – Branded Retail Environments to lead retail client programs, coordinating design, production, sourcing, and installation teams. You will translate creative concepts into production-ready specs, manage budgets, and drive on-time delivery across graphics, fixtures, signage, and décor elements.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in account/project management within retail or branded environments, with strong collaboration skills, design-review

Qualifications

3–5 years of account/project management in retail environments or branded décor.
2+ years of experience in a role that includes client engagement, design review, or brand QA responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned retail clients, owning relationships and outcomes.
Provide guidance on visual design direction, materials, substrates, fixture finishes, signage systems, and environmental graphics for store remodels.
Translate design concepts into production-ready specifications bridging design intent and manufacturing reality.
Lead design review sessions with clients, presenting options and guiding decisions with value rationale.
Develop comprehensive project scopes, ensuring clarity of requirements, assumptions, and constraints.
Establish project plans to control scope, schedule, timelines, budget, and other success criteria.
