Lululemon Athletica in Birch Run, MI is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring VM strategies to life on the floor. You will execute product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing with brand standards, adapting displays to store needs while delivering a world-class guest experience.

Collaborate with store leadership, lead mannequin styling and signage updates, and train team members in brand standards and visual display techniques to drive guest engagement and store performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Education or training in design or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through consistent brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation.
• Execute product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips including window activations, mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal changes.
• Provide in-the-moment training on brand standards and visual display techniques to the team.
