lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist in Birch Run, MI to execute brand standards, product storytelling, and in-store displays. You will collaborate with store leadership to deliver a world-class guest experience through mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal campaigns.

Responsibilities include optimizing product presentation, supporting training for team members, and maintaining a clean, inviting floor presentation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience
• Experience with visual merchandising or fashion/design-related field
• Willingness to travel to assigned store

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in product stories and store navigation.
• Execute product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, signage and label updates, and seasonal merchandise changes.
• Interact with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Provide feedback and in-the-moment training on brand standards and visual display techniques.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by supporting colleagues.
