• Execute visually appealing product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive sell-through.
• Perform VM flips: window activations, mannequin styling, signage, and signage updates for campaigns.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching on brand standards and visual display techniques to teammates.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
