lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring our VM standards to life on the sales floor, styling products, updating displays, and coordinating mannequin work to enhance guest experiences.

You will collaborate with store leadership, execute brand stories, support seasonal campaigns, and train teammates in visual display techniques. The role requires flexible scheduling, movement around the store, and the ability to travel to assigned locations if needed.

Qualifications

• Retail or sales experience is required (1 year).
• Experience or education in visual merchandising or related design fields is beneficial.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute VM on the floor.
• Optimize guest experience with brand standards and product placement.
• Execute VM flips, window activations, and seasonal changes.
• Provide product education and assist omnichannel programs.
• Train and support teammates on brand standards.
• Foster an inclusive team environment.
