Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring VM strategies to life on the sales floor, shaping product presentation and in-store marketing to optimize guest experiences. You will manage mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal changes while aligning with brand standards and local store needs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with store leadership, impactful product storytelling, and driving sell-through through visually compelling displays and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience required.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through consistent implementation of brand standards in key product stories and placement strategies.
• Execute powerful and visually appealing product presentation in accordance with company standards to enhance the guest experience and drive store sell through.
• Execute VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal or weekly merchandise changes as well as company-driven product initiatives.
