Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Execute brand standards in product stories, placement, and store navigation to drive a world-class guest experience and sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal merchandise changes as directed.
• Engage with guests to provide product education and incorporate omnichannel programs into the guest journey.
• Offer on-the-floor feedback and training related to brand standards and visual display techniques to the team.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment and supportive working relationships.
