lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring company-directed VM strategies to life on the sales floor, including product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements to optimize guest experiences.

The role focuses on executing key product stories, placement strategies, and sell-through, managing display changes and mannequin styling while collaborating with store leadership to deliver a world-class, guest-centric experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Implement brand standards in product stories, placement strategies, and store navigation to deliver a world-class guest experience.
• Execute product presentation and mannequin styling in accordance with company standards.
• Perform VM flips, including window activations, signage and label updates, and seasonal merchandise changes.
• Engage with guests to assess needs and provide technical product education.
• Provide feedback and in-the-moment training related to brand standards and visual display techniques to the team.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
