Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Visual Merchandising Lead to partner with management to execute the store's visual strategy. You will coach the visual team, plan floorsets, and ensure adherence to visual standards while driving sales and profitability.

In this role, you will analyze reports, coordinate with store leadership on inventory and staffing, and ensure a customer-centric, high-visibility store environment. Join a team focused on People First values and exceptional home experiences.

Qualifications

• Effective communication, organization and leadership skills.
• 1-3 years retail sales experience with shift supervision experience preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in home related design, visual merchandising, or stockroom responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising and display; map, plan and execute floorset timeline targets to drive sales and seasonal strategy.
• Lead and maintain daily disciplines to maximize markdowns, signage, replenishment and recovery execution.
• Collaborate with GM/DVM to adapt directives to store ownership, layout or customer needs.
• Analyze reporting to identify opportunities to improve profitability and drive results.
• Communicate inventory needs to DM and distribution to increase sell-through and margin.
• Partner with GM on associate productivity and performance related to visual standards.
