You will coach the visual team on routines that maximize productivity and maintain high visual standards, making the store a neighborhood destination for inspiration.

You will drive floorset timelines, collaborate on staffing and payroll planning, and analyze reports to improve profitability while ensuring superior customer experiences.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising and display; map and execute floorset timelines to drive sales.
• Lead daily routines for markdowns, promotions, signage, replenishment, and recovery.
• Collaborate with GM and DVM to adapt directives to store needs.
• Analyze reporting to identify profitability opportunities.
• Communicate inventory needs to DM and distribution to improve sell-through and margin.
• Partner with GM on associate productivity related to visual standards.
• Maintain visual supplies and signage organization; communicate supply needs.
• Coordinate payroll/workload planning with GM.
• Recognize and motivate talent in the team.
• Onboard and train the visual team; serve as learning partner.
• Provide customer-focused service and connect with Design support.
• Adhere to safety and company policies.
