Job summary

H&M in Denton, TX is seeking a Visual Keyholder to drive the in-store visual identity and customer experience. You will coach the team, execute visual standards, and collaborate with the Department Manager to maximize sales opportunities, while delivering outstanding service.

You will manage floor presentation, maintain displays, and ensure safety and brand compliance. Prior keyholder experience and ability to lift 20+ pounds are valued; flexible schedule including nights/weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of transferrable experience welcome. Previous keyholder responsibilities preferred.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items.
• May be required to travel to support other stores.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on the Sales Floor & Windows per the Commercial Handbook.
• Collaborate with Department Manager to identify additional commercial opportunities in-store.
• Provide direct customer service according to H&M standards.
• Ensure high-quality garment presentation daily with the store team.
• Maintain visual identity through implementation of brand guidelines and campaigns.
• Support store KPIs and help reach store goals and budgets.
