Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of transferrable experience; keyholder responsibilities preferred.
• Passionate for customer service and helping people find their style.
• Fast-paced, detail-oriented multi-tasker.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on the floor and windows per Commercial Handbook.
• Lead floor moves and opportunities with Department Manager.
• Drive sales while maintaining H&M standards.
• Coach and develop the store team to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and store policies.
