Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Akron, OH is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader by executing Floorsets, merchandising updates and maintaining AEO Brand Visual Standards to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You will coach the Floorset team, manage replenishment, adjust sell-through, and partner with leadership to keep the store fresh, safe, and aligned with company policies while championing a guest-first culture.

Qualifications

• Passion for merchandising and retail presentation.
• Strong eye for detail and visual standards.
• Flexible availability including weekends and evenings.
• History of retail work with merchandising and floorset experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution and training of the Floorset team.
• Maintain AEO Brand Visual Standards on the floor.
• Drive floorset productivity and ensure store areas meet standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment and sell-through adjustments.
• Collaborate with leadership to keep the store guest-ready and fresh.
• Champion safety, shrink-reduction and adherence to policies.
