Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Beachwood, OH seeks a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader by executing Floorsets, updates and replenishment to keep the store aligned with AEO Brand Visual Standards.

You will train and coach the Floorset team, drive productivity, and ensure the guest experience is prioritized while maintaining safety and shrink-reduction measures. This is a part-time on-site role requiring weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring store meets AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting clear productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment with leadership collaboration.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
• Uphold store safety standards and shrink-reducing strategies.
