Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to join our store leadership team. You will partner with the Merchandising Team Leader to execute Floorsets, updates, and replenishment while upholding AEO Brand Visual Standards and guest experience.

You’ll train and coach the Floorset team, maintain stockroom organization and safety, and help drive sell-through. The role requires strong attention to detail, flexible availability, and a proven retail merchandising background.

Qualifications

• Passion for merchandising and guest experience.
• Ability to train and coach Floorset team.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong retail merchandising and visual skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by training Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Maintain brand standards on the sales floor and in merchandising visuals.
• Foster teamwork and celebrate wins with the team while focusing on guest experience.
• Ensure store safety standards and shrink-reduction strategies.
