Job summary

• Support Floorset execution and merchandising updates with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Train and coach the Floorset team to meet Floorset standards.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards and safety on sales floor and stockroom.
• Celebrate wins and foster a guest-focused culture.
