Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader.
• Drive Floorset execution through training and coaching.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins.
• Ensure store safety and shrink-reducing strategies.
