Responsibilities

• Support driving guest experience in partnership with Merchandising Team Leader
• Drive Floorset execution through training and clear productivity goals
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment
• Ensure store maintains AEO Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team
• Maintain store safety on Salesfloor and Stockroom and adhere to policies
