CHANEL in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Visual Merchandising Manager to lead VM standards for Retail Fashion Boutiques and Multi-Brand Boutiques in the LA market, reporting to the Group Director for VM, Southern CA. The role drives brand elevation across doors including Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of CHANEL Visual Merchandising standards across corporate and boutique environments, ensuring consistency, excellence and brand elevation at every touchpoint.
• Partner with Corporate VM, Boutique Leadership, Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry, and cross-functional teams to support launches, floor moves, windows, events, and seasonal installations.
• Translate corporate direction into clear, actionable guidance for field and boutique teams, balancing brand vision with market needs.
• Build strong relationships with internal partners to influence decisions and drive consistent execution across the network.
• Oversee installation, de-installation, mannequin changes, décor placement, prop styling, lighting adjustments, cleanliness, and photo documentation with attention to detail.
• Facilitate VM trainings, seminars, and coaching moments to strengthen boutique teams' understanding of CHANEL standards, product storytelling, and styling expectations.
• Manage and support boutique VM partners and freelance talent, providing direction, feedback, and follow-up to ensure high-quality execution.
• Maintain organization, time management and follow-through to meet deadlines for launches, documentation, reporting, travel, and other deliverables.
• Leverage digital, photography and communication skills to document work and share updates with Corporate and regional partners.
• Support the West Coast VM community and U.S. Corporate VM priorities through regular market visits and travel.
• Demonstrate accountability and sound judgment, thriving in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Education
