CHANEL on Rodeo Drive seeks a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead a boutique VM team and translate brand directives into compelling client-centric displays. You will own daily VM execution, ensure impeccable presentation, and collaborate with boutique leadership to align with sales priorities and luxury standards.

This role requires strong leadership, boutique-level execution, and the ability to adapt visuals to evolving business needs while upholding CHANEL’s elevated brand image.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated visual merchandising experience in luxury retail.
• Experience leading or coordinating a VM team within a boutique.
• Ability to translate strategy into polished, commercially relevant displays.
• Collaborative communication with boutique leadership and VM teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute all VM activities within one boutique, aligning with brand directives.
• Own and elevate the boutique image with impeccable presentation standards.
• Guide and develop the VM team with clear priorities and accountability.
• Translate directives into engaging, customer-centric displays.
• Provide feedback on implementation and boutique-specific needs.
• Partner with boutique leadership to align VM with sales priorities and client needs.
• Support VM training and ongoing visual education for boutique teams.
• Respond quickly to opportunities with sound judgment and resourcefulness.
