Job summary

CHANEL in Dallas seeks an Associate, Visual Merchandising to uphold the brand image, elevate the client experience, and enable the selling process on the Boutique floor. You will report to the Boutique Director with a dotted line to the Regional VM Manager, collaborating closely with the selling team.

The role requires a strong passion for luxury fashion, excellent communication, and the ability to manage inventory and displays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations, display and merchandising.
• Experience in basic computer software and digital photography.
• Minimum associate degree, preferably in a Fashion related major.

Responsibilities

• Expedite the selling process by quickly changing mannequins and replenishing items on the selling floor.
• Serve as VM Lead contact when unavailable, including weekends and holidays.
• Support operations with floor moves and collection launches, including display prep and P Touching items.
• Update digital photo files for VM maintenance as changes are made.
• Maintain current window item records (SKU, price, size, etc.) for selling team reference.
• Assist in events, sales, and seasonal installs to drive business.
• Communicate effectively with boutique selling team and management.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
