Job summary

CHANEL in Dallas is seeking an Associate, Visual Merchandising to maintain the brand image in-store and elevate the client experience. You will report to the Boutique Director with a dotted line to the Regional VM Manager, supporting displays, events, and floor moves.

The role requires at least 2 years in retail, an associate degree (fashion preferred), and ability to lift up to 40 lb. A flexible schedule including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related retail experience.
• Associate degree, preferably in fashion.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations and merchandising.
• Experience with basic computer software and digital photography.
• Ability to climb a ladder and lift up to 40 lb.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Front-of-house fashion: in-store presence to support client sales.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand image in the Boutique and elevate client experience.
• Assist with VM displays, pull items, and substitutions as needed.
• Support VM lead when busy and coordinate with store team.
• Update window items and product data for selling team.
• Contribute to events, launches, and store initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with boutique team and work independently.
