Responsibilities

Contribute to omni customer experience through visual and commercial curation per guidelines.
Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
Plan workload according to store activation plan with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities on time per Brand Standards.
Ensure garment care, stock levels, and input on allocation to Store Management and Area teams.
Perform KPI follow-ups and identify visual and commercial opportunities with Store Management.
Develop and coach store teams to maintain high-quality product and presentation.
