Job summary

H&M seeks a Visual Merchandiser to deliver an inspiring, elevated customer experience by implementing visual standards and commercial excellence. You will coach and develop store staff, stay ahead on trends, and ensure campaigns and pricing are executed across the store.

You will collaborate with Store Management and Area Visual Manager to optimize wearability, presentation, and KPI performance while maintaining brand standards and store operations.

Qualifications

• Curious and creative; proactive, solution focused, flexible with effective cross-functional communication.
• Leadership skills and fashion interests with visual/ commercial experience in a dynamic environment.
• Experience being solution focused to improve product presentation and commercial execution in store.
• Good knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practises, routines, and tools.
• Know how to manage, follow-up and act on selling equation and weekly sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the total OMNI customer experience by ensuring visual and commercial curation per guidelines.
• Represent the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions.
• Organize workload according to store activation plan with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain latest global campaigns and sale activities on time.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels and input on allocation.
• Perform sales KPI follow-up and identify visual & commercial opportunities.
• Create actions to increase customer satisfaction to reach sales targets and store goals.
• Follow procedures and guidelines for OMNI services and store operations.
