Job summary

H&M in Houston is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to drive in-store presentation aligned with global campaigns and brand standards. You will curate visual and commercial styling, coach the store team, and ensure superb customer experiences that support sales targets.

The role involves coordinating with Store Management and Area Visual Managers, maintaining stock and fixtures, and implementing seasonal trends with sustainability in mind. Previous merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the omni customer experience by ensuring visual and commercial curation per guidelines.
• Represent the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions.
• Organize workload according to activation plan with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities on time.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and provide input on allocation.
• Prepare sales KPI reports and identify visual and commercial opportunities.
• Develop store teams’ visual and commercial skills through coaching and training.
• Execute visual and commercial curation and styling per mood boards and guidelines.
• Maintain window and store display to create inspirational stories.
