Job summary

H&M is hiring a Visual Merchandiser to implement visual standards and drive commercial excellence in-store. You will curate looks and campaigns, coach staff, and ensure alignment with global guidelines while focusing on customer experience and sales targets.

You will collaborate with Store Management and Area Visual Manager to plan workload, organize activations, and maintain visual storytelling across the floor.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to omni-channel customer experience through visual & commercial curation according to guidelines.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Plan workload with Store Management & Area Visual Manager according to activation plans.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and in-store promotions on time.
• Monitor stock levels and provide input on allocation with store teams.
• Follow KPIs and identify visual and commercial opportunities with the team.
• Drive actions to boost customer satisfaction and hit sales targets and budgets.
