Job summary

H&M is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to uphold visual and commercial standards across the store, creating an inspiring customer experience. You will curate layouts, flight campaigns, and product storytelling while coaching teammates to elevate presentation and service.

Based in North Riverside, IL, you will stay ahead of fashion trends, coordinate with store management and area visual teams, and ensure execution of window and floor displays in line with global guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the Omni customer experience with visual and commercial curation according to guidelines.
• Represent the H&M Brand positively during customer interactions and coach colleagues.
• Plan workload with store activation plans and adapt with management teams.
• Launch and maintain campaigns and sales activities on time per Brand Standards.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and input on allocation with Area teams.
• Follow procedures for OMNI services and store operations.
