Job summary

H&M is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to enhance the customer experience through visual and commercial curation, coaching the store team, and executing global campaigns. You will align with Brand Standards, manage workload with the Store Management team, and drive commercial presentation while staying current with fashion trends.

You will collaborate with Area Visual Manager to ensure consistency, support store projects, and upskill colleagues.

Qualifications

• We look for individuals with fashion interests and leadership skills who can apply their visual and commercial experience working in a dynamic environment to the role.
• Experience with being solution focused to improve product presentation and commercial execution in store.
• Good knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practises, routines, and tools.
• Know how to manage, follow-up and act on selling equation and weekly sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual and commercial curation and styling for the store according to guidelines and campaigns.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions and maintain high service standards.
• Organize workload according to activation plans and collaborate with Store Management and Area Visual Manager.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities on time according to Brand Standards.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and input allocation with Store Management and Area teams.
• Follow KPIs and identify opportunities in collaboration with Store Management.
• Create actions to increase customer satisfaction to reach sales targets and store goals.
