Job summary

H&M is seeking a hands-on Visual Merchandiser to elevate the customer experience through meticulous visual and commercial curation in our store. You will implement global campaigns, maintain product presentation, and coach the team to deliver compelling storylines across displays and floor layouts.

You will stay current with fashion trends, lead by example, and collaborate with store leadership to drive sales and brand standards while ensuring efficient operations and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Fashion interest and leadership skills applied to visual and commercial work in a dynamic environment.
• Experience focused on improving product presentation and commercial execution in-store.
• Good knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices, routines, and tools.
• Know how to manage, follow up, and act on selling equations and weekly sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to omni-channel customer experience through visual and commercial curation.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Organize and plan workload according to store activation plans with management teams.
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sales activities on time per brand standards.
• Ensure garment care, stock levels, and input on allocation to store/area teams.
• Perform KPI follow-up and identify visual and commercial opportunities with store management.
