Job summary

Target is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Watsonville, CA to ensure visual moments meet company standards and drive sales. You will manage daily/weekly visual workload, assess displays, and support ISM across the store.

The role requires 1–2 years of merchandising experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work nights and weekends as needed. You will lead with creativity, maintain clean backroom organization, and help train teammates on visual best practices while upholding safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong understanding of brand trends and styling.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leadership guidance.
• Execute weekly visual assessments to improve store presentation.
• Maintain visual standards across the total store to elevate displays.
• Support the execution of the visual merchandising strategy and ISM.
• Onboard and train team members on visual standards.
