Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Business acumen and creativity to inspire guests and drive sales.
• Strong sense of current trends and brand styling.
• Lead and influence store teams to follow processes.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leadership guidance to include sales goals, events and promotions.
• Execute weekly visual assessments and partner with leaders to improve store visuals and guest experience.
• Assess and guide the execution of visual standards across the store to elevate presentations.
• Support the Visual Merchandising strategy, standards and in-store marketing across areas of the store.
• Support and validate the execution of visual presentations in partnership with leaders.
• Demonstrate welcoming guest interactions and help solve guest needs.
