Job summary

Target is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to enhance guest experience by maintaining visual standards, mannequin styling, and ISM execution. You will lead weekly workload planning with leaders and support store teams to create engaging visual moments that drive sales.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in visual merchandising, strong communication, and a flexible schedule. The role is full-time and involves standing and lifting merchandise as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail roles is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
