Job summary

Target is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to support guest experiences by ensuring visual moments align with company standards and drive sales.

The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing store displays, lighting, and ISM elements across store areas, with a focus on teamwork, safety, and customer service. Training is provided, with opportunities to develop merchandising skills and contribute to store success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of visual merchandising experience.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leadership guidance to meet sales goals.
• Execute weekly visual assessments and adjust displays to improve guest experience.
• Support the Visual Merchandising strategy and ISM across store areas.
• Set lighting to highlight key presentations and maintain planograms.
