Target is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to enhance guest experiences through elevated product presentation. You will manage daily visual workloads, align with leadership on sales priorities, and execute merchandising standards across the store.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leadership guidance to meet sales goals.
• Execute visual assessments and partner with leaders to improve store visuals.
• Support the company visual merchandising strategy and in-store marketing.
• Greet guests and assist with product presentation and store navigation.
• Maintain backroom organization and ensure signing and fixtures stay current.
