Job summary

At Home in Washington state seeks a Zone Lead to support visual merchandising, planograms, and in-store promotions across designated zones. You will drive selling culture, coach team members, and ensure standards for signage, fixtures, and displays are upheld, while handling freight and stocking duties in a warehouse-format store.

The role requires lifting, adaptability, and a customer-focused attitude with attention to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Able to bend, climb, reach; work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and trustworthy role model.

Responsibilities
