Job summary

ALO, Mindful movement brand in Orlando, seeks a Visual Lead to drive sales and profitability through merchandising and operational excellence. You will partner with Operations and Visual Managers to guide daily tasks, floor sets, and stock management while coaching the team to uphold visual standards.

The role requires moving around the store, lifting up to 50 lbs, and delivering engaging guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Values feedback and eager to provide it.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually and as a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles.
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store.
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates and supply management.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising with resets and restocks.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll and adapt zones to business needs.
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning through execution within budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities and adjust product placement and stock levels.
