Job summary

ALO is seeking a Visual Lead to maximize store sales through strategic visual merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager. You will guide daily operations, floor sets, replenishment, and guest experience while coaching a team towards high performance.

The role requires 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment, energy, and strong communication. Full-time with varied shifts, including peak days and weekends, and involvement in the blackout period.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and visual merchandising with the Visual Manager.
• Lead replenishment, floor sets, and product presentation per directives.
• Coach associates and provide feedback to drive performance and guest experience.
• Collaborate on budgets, reporting, inventory, and vendor relations as needed.
• Open/close duties and execution of company directives on the floor.
