Job summary

Alo is seeking a Visual Lead to drive store sales and profitability through expert Visual Merchandising in partnership with the Management Team. The role collaborates with Operations & Visual Managers to guide the team, manage budgets, and optimize product presentation on the floor and back of house.

The Visual Lead will move throughout the store, lead by example, and provide coaching to Associates, while ensuring standards and KPIs are met.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in a client-centric sales environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Leads by example and provides coaching and direction to Associates.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and merchandising with restock, destock and visual changes.
• Plan visual floor changes with payroll management and adapt visuals to business needs.
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning to execution within budgets and timelines.
• Use reporting tools with management to identify opportunities in product placement and stock levels.
