Job summary

H&M Holyoke store is seeking a Visual Keyholder to energize customers with inspiring window displays and floor presentation. You will partner with the Department Manager to set up garments, guides sales, and ensure the visual identity aligns with brand standards.

You'll lead the store team in delivering outstanding customer experience, coaching colleagues, and maintaining visual routines, while supporting store KPIs and campaigns. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on the Sales Floor and Windows according to the Commercial Handbook.
• Lead floor moves and display setups with guidance from Department Manager.
• Deliver excellent customer service and meet H&M standards.
• Maintain visual identity through window and in-store presentation.
