Job summary

H&M The Mall at Stonecrest is seeking a Visual Keyholder to lead garment presentation and visual standards on the sales floor and in windows. You will guide the store team, drive sales, and ensure adherence to the Visual Identity and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years transferrable experience welcome
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive motions

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on the Sales Floor & Windows following the Commercial Handbook
• Collaborate with Department Manager to identify additional commercial opportunities within brand guidelines
• Execute floor moves based on joint discussions and campaigns
• Meet customer expectations with direct service per H&M standards and deliver excellent experience
• Follow up on store KPIs and adjust actions to reach store goals and budgets
• Complete morning routines, maintain visual props, and ensure safe shop environment
