Job summary

H&M Crossgates Center is seeking a Visual Keyholder to drive the presentation and customer experience in a fast-paced fashion environment. You will lead the store team on visual standards, fashion knowledge, and campaign execution to inspire shoppers and boost sales.

Reporting to the Store Visual Manager, you will coach colleagues, manage floor moves, ensure windows and sales floor storytelling align with the Commercial Handbook, and maintain high-quality garment presentation throughout shifts,

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of transferrable experience welcomed, previous keyholder responsibilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by executing visual standards on floor and in windows.
• Lead and coach store team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Plan and execute floor moves and campaigns with the Department Manager.
• Maintain high-quality garment presentation and window storytelling daily.
• Ensure compliance with H&M policies and brand guidelines.
• Support opening/closing routines and timekeeping when needed.
