Job summary

H&M in Texas is seeking a Visual Keyholder to drive the in-store customer experience and lead the team in delivering the Visual Identity. You will guide styling, floor moves, and windows presentation to inspire shoppers as they explore personal style.

Collaborating with the Department Manager, you stay current with fashion trends, deliver direct and indirect service, and ensure consistency with H&M standards. This role may involve nights and weekend shifts and occasional lifting of merchandise.

• 1-2+ years of transferrable experience welcome. Previous keyholder responsibilities preferred
• You have the ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.) for a short distance
• Ability to climb a ladder and use a step stool
• Must be able to work with hand and power operated tools (Iron, Steamer, etc) and lift in order to execute display setups
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, including nights and weeken

Responsibilities

• Set garment presentation on the Sales Floor and windows per the Commercial Handbook.
• Determine additional commercial opportunities with the Department Manager and execute floor moves.
• Stay updated with fashion trends and share seasonal information with the team.
• Meet customer expectations on direct service to deliver an excellent experience.
• Maintain visual identity with well-styled mannequins in windows and in-store.
• Follow up on store KPIs with the Department Manager to reach goals.
