The Paper Store, Inc. is seeking a Department Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver a world-class shopping experience through the GUEST service approach.

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage payroll within budget, and ensure consistent visual presentation and store operations across the department. You will open and close the store, drive sales goals, and foster a respectful team environment while upholding company policies and standards.

Formación

• Experience in specialty retail is preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and determine needs using the GUEST service approach.
• Train staff in store operations and product knowledge.
• Maintain visual presentation standards and store cleanliness.
• Manage payroll within budget and help drive sales goals.
• Open and close the store, manage the sales floor, and scheduling.
• Support store openings/remodels and participate in merchandising tasks.
