Demonstrated leadership in retail, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to change are essential. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel to new store openings or remodels as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in specialty retail preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to multitask while delivering strong customer service.
• Willingness to travel to new store openings or remodels when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service using GUEST service standards.
• Greet customers and understand their needs with open-ended questions.
• Train staff across departments and maintain visual presentation standards.
• Open/close the store, manage POS, and coordinate break schedules.
• Drive sales and customer loyalty through effective leadership and store events.
