• Greet and welcome customers warmly and with enthusiasm.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Suggest additional items to build sales using effective selling techniques.
• Lead and maintain visual presentation standards and promotions.
• Open and close stores, manage floor, and coordinate staff schedules.
• Train staff in all areas of the store and drive sales initiatives.
• Maintain awareness of promotions and process them at the point of sale.
