The 9/11 Memorial & Museum is seeking a full-time Associate for onsite Visitor Services. You will rotate through public-facing posts, welcome and orient visitors, process transactions at the Box Office, and provide accurate information on museum programs and amenities.
Associates are expected to work holidays, weekends, and peak visitation days, including the period between Christmas and New Year, standing for long hours in all weather. Excellent communication and customer service are essential.

Associates are expected to maintain proper decorum and create meaningful experiences for visitors as they explore personal stories of loss, recovery, and hope.
