POSITION OVERVIEW
This is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in the office three days per week.
As an HR Employee Relations Business Partner at the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, partnering closely with them to address people priorities, strengthen team effectiveness, and support organizational goals. Working closely with the Head of HR, you will provide strategic and hands-on HR support, with primary responsibility for partnering with the Museum’s on-site teams.
A significant focus of the role will be employee relations, including independently managing complex and sensitive workplace investigations, advising leaders on performance and conduct matters, and overseeing the workplace accommodation process. The HR Employee Relations Business Partner will build strong relationships across the organization, use data and insights to identify trends and opportunities, and develop practical HR solutions that support both employees and the needs of the organization.
