Bok Tower Gardens, Inc. is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to enhance visitor experiences through courteous service and information across the Gardens.

You will coordinate operations in guest services, ticketing, and cash handling, with flexibility to support El Retiro, Hammock Hollow, and School Field Trips. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, processing admissions, assisting with events, answering calls, and providing admin support through BTG software; weekend/holiday

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Previous guest experience and customer service experience dealing with a high volume of visitor/public contact.
• Excellent human relations skills to deal effectively with visitors/public in person or on the telephone preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and stay abreast of and articulate current offerings; work independently or as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service to Bok Tower Gardens’ daily visitors; greet visitors courteously and respond to questions promptly.
• Handle all transactional activities for visitors at the Gate and Information Desk including membership, admission, and ticketing using BTG software.
• Assist with events and provide information as needed.
• Answer the phone and provide administrative support, including running reports.
• Support in specific areas such as El Retiro, Hammock Hollow, and School Field Trips as needed, including tours and crowd control.
