The Huntsville Botanical Garden is seeking a Guest Experience Associate to warmly welcome guests, assist at the Admissions Desk and Chrysalis Gift Shop, and help ensure a delightful visit. You will process admissions and memberships via POS, promote programs and merchandise, and keep displays appealing.

This seasonal, part-time role requires strong customer service, basic math, and the ability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays. Training and team support are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma and at least 3 months of retail or customer service experience.
• Preferred: 2 years of customer service experience and POS software usage.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism to promote a positive Garden experience.
• Assist at Admissions Desk and Chrysalis Gift Shop as needed.
• Process admissions, memberships, and other transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain merchandise displays, restock as needed, and provide product information.
